7568번: 덩치

키와 몸무게가 더 클때( > ) 덩치카 더 크다 라고 한다. 덩치 등수는 자신보다 더 "큰 덩치"의 사람의 수로 정해진다

1. people 리스트에 각 사람의 키와 몸무게를 리스트로 추가

2. people 리스트에서 MyHeight(mh), MyWeight(mw), YourHeight(yh), YourWeight(yw) 를 불러오고 비교하여 덩치가 더 클 때 count++ ( count는 1로 초기화. 자신보다 덩치가 큰 사람이 아무도 없다면 1등 )

3. count 를 출력
